Each venue as part of the festival will have step-free access. Upon arrival at each venue we can show clear routes for moving around the space.

At the entry of each event we will be offering free masks, hand sanitiser and earplugs for all customers. Our full coronavirus protocols can be read here.

We offer ‘2 for 1’ tickets for carers attending with disabled/neurodiverse customers, and are more than happy to reserve you a seat or a space for a wheelchair if you need it. As part of this we provide clear walk-ways for said customers. Please email counterflows@gmail.com with your purchase confirmation to make a reservation.

Seating at the festival is unallocated (we use both standing & seated-based venues) but if you struggle to stand for given periods we are happy to reserve a seat for you. Message us at counterflows@gmail.com  to make a reservation.

All venues will be installed with gender neutral toilets.
